Have a question about your Zedbed Mattress? Check out FAQ’s.

First, don’t worry. It’s completely normal to notice an odor when you have a new mattress and pillow made with pressure relief materials. The odor isn’t toxic and won’t harm your health.

As far as the mattress goes, if the smell bothers you, we recommend removing the bedding and airing the room out thoroughly for several hours so fresh air can enter. A fire-retardant mattress protector could cause the odor to linger longer, so we suggest removing it until the smell disappears completely.

All Zedbed mattresses contain high-density materials that allow us to ensure that your mattress will perform better. Because these materials are more complex than the components in conventional foam mattresses, it’s normal for odor to be more noticeable. It will go away soon.

As for your pillow, allowing it to air out for a few hours should resolve the situation.

Zedbed Customer Service will be happy to answer all your questions. You can contact them directly by calling 1-866-533-1151, ext. 226.

The best way to protect your bedding investment is to use a waterproof mattress protector. If your mattress cover isn’t stitched to the foam, unzip it and remove it. Machine-wash on delicate using cold water and a detergent for fine washables. Let it air dry or use your dryer’s low setting.

If your mattress cover is stitched to the foam, it’s like an innerspring mattress cover and you won’t be able to remove it. Please contact Customer Service for information on how to clean it.

There are many. A Zedbed mattress that uses pressure relief materials can

    • Conform to your body contours like a glove, providing exceptional relief from physical pressure
    • Spread the pressure of your body weight uniformly over the entire mattress surface, considerably reducing your need to change positions while you sleep

    As a result you experience

    • Improved circulation
    • Relieved pressure points
    • Fully relaxed muscles and less joint stress

Zedbed mattresses are also hypoallergenic, dust mite-resistant, and provide permanent air flow thanks to their built-in ventilation system that absorbs fresh air and repels moisture.

Yes, Zedbed mattresses are sensitive to temperature fluctuations. So your mattress can become firmer when the room temperature decreases, but once you lie down, it will adapt to your body temperature and become more comfortable. We recommend keeping your bedroom at the same temperature year-round.

At Zedbed, we manufacture our own foams, for our use exclusively. Zedbed foam, which always returns to its original shape, is higher density and better quality than the generic product used by other mattress companies. Many years of research and development have gone into the creation of Zedbed foam.

To register your warranty on the website, go to Activate your warranty. Next, enter the access code you’ll find on your mattress’s warranty form. If you didn’t receive a warranty form, contact Zedbed Customer Service to receive an access code by calling 1-866-533-1151, ext. 226.

We suggest a minimum trial period of 60 days to allow your body to get used to the unique comfort of your new Zedbed mattress.

All Zedbed mattresses come with a 10 year limited warranty. For more information, call customer service at: 1-866-533-1151, ext. 226.

Because of Zedbed’s unique design and exceptionally high quality materials, your mattress should not be flipped, nor is it necessary to rotate it. However, if you sleep in the same spot night after night, the memory foam will naturally adapt to the presence of your body. To avoid this, you can rotate the mattress 180 degrees (horizontally) when you feel it’s necessary.

A variety of factors can cause this. If your bed frame is inadequate or the foundation too soft, it can definitely have an effect on mattress support. That’s why we recommend using one of our Zedbed foundations, which will allow you to enjoy optimum results and minimize the risk that your mattress might sag. Contact customer service if you have further questions or to determine if sagging is covered under your warranty. Call 1-866-533-1151, ext. 226.

    • Use a waterproof mattress cover to prevent stains, which aren’t covered by the warranty.
    • Use a sturdy bed frame or rigid foundation to provide optimum mattress support.
    • Don’t fold the mattress or store it in a vertical position.
    • When it comes to humidity, heat, and cold, make sure that your mattress is in the right ambient conditions—the temperature should be between 10ᵒ and 40ᵒ C. (50ᵒ and 104ᵒ F).

Stains aren’t covered under the warranty, so to protect your investment it’s important to use a Zedbed-recommended waterproof mattress cover. It’s also important to select a mattress protector that lets the mattress breathe.

Zedbed mattresses are available only through authorized retailers, not sold directly to consumers. As a customer, this gives you numerous advantages, including the comfort guarantee, financing options, a seasoned team of knowledgeable specialists, delivery, and more.
